검은고함원숭이
검은고함원숭이는 고함원숭이의 일종으로, 아르헨티나와 볼리비아, 브라질 그리고 파라과이의 열대우림에 사는 대형 신세계원숭이이다. 고함원숭이속(Alouatta) 원숭이들 중에서는 남아메리카의 가장 남쪽에 산다. 단지 수컷만이 검고, 암컷은 연한 담황색을 띤다. 몸무게는 수컷이 10kg에서 12kg이고, 암컷은 4 kg 안팎이다.

Black howler
The black howler (Alouatta caraya) (also known as black-and-gold howler) is a species of howler monkey, a large New World monkey, from northeastern Argentina, eastern Bolivia, eastern and southern Brazil, and Paraguay. Together with the brown howler, it is the southernmost member of the Alouatta genus.
