1924년 동계 올림픽은 프랑스 샤모니에서 1924년 1월 25일부터 2월 4일까지 개최된 제1회 동계 올림픽이다. 원래 피겨 스케이팅은 하계 올림픽에서 개최되어 왔으나 이 대회부터 동계 올림픽에서 개최하게 되었다.

1924 Winter Olympics

The 1924 Winter Olympics were a winter multi-sport event which was held in 1924 in Chamonix, France. Originally held in association with the 1924 Summer Olympics, the sports competitions were held at the foot of Mont Blanc in Chamonix, and Haute-Savoie, France between January 25 and February 5, 1924. The Games were organized by the French Olympic Committee, and were in retrospect designated by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) as the I Olympic Winter Games.
