클리무투 산 (1,639m)

등산용품을 준비하여 인도네시아의 끌리무투 산으로 가보자. 플로레스에 있는 끌리무투 산 국립공원까지 가는 길은 길고 도전적이지만 경치가 아름답다. 끌리무투 산은 끌리무투라는 3가지 색의 호수로 유명하다. 호수 색은 예측 할 수 없게 변한다. 호수 색은 파란색, 녹색과 검은 색, 가끔은 하얀색, 빨간색과 파란색으로 변할 수 있다.

Mount Kelimutu (1,639m)

Kelimutu is a volcano, close to the small town of Moni in central Flores island in Indonesia. The volcano is around 50 km to the east of Ende, Indonesia, the capital of Ende regency in East Nusa Tenggara province. The mountain has three volcanic crater lakes that differ in color. The science of the Kelimutu lakes is relatively well-known. Lake colors periodically change due to adjustments in the oxidation-reduction status of the fluid of each lake, and also considering the abundance of different major elements, such as iron and manganese. Oxidation-reduction status depends on the balance of volcanic gas input and rainfall rate, and is thought to be mediated by the groundwater system in the volcano itself.
