에스테이트 극장은 1783년 노스티츠 백작이 독일 연극과 이탈리아 오페라를 상연할 목적으로 건립한 극장으로, 1787년 모짜르트가 이 극장에서 '돈 지오반니'를 초연해 '돈 지오반니'의 고향으로 유명해졌다.
