스타벅스(영어: Starbucks)는 세계에서 가장 큰 다국적 커피 전문점이다. 64개국에서 총 23,187개의 매점을 운영하고 있다. 최초의 스타벅스 점은 동업자 제리 볼드윈과 고든 보커, 지브 시글이 1971년 미국 워싱턴 주 시애틀에서 개점하였다. 이때는 커피 원두를 판매하는 소매점이었으며, 1987년에 하워드 슐츠가 인수하고 커피 전문점으로서 새롭게 탄생시켰다.
