2018년 FIFA 월드컵은 FIFA 주관으로 4년마다 한 번씩 열리는 FIFA 월드컵의 21번째 대회이다. 이 대회는 2010년 12월 2일, 2018년 및 2022년 FIFA 월드컵 개최국 선정을 통해 개최권을 따낸 러시아에서 2018년 6월 14일부터 7월 15일까지 열린 월드컵이다. 이번 FIFA 월드컵은 독일에서 개최한 2006년 이후 12년 만에 유럽에서 11번째로 열리는 월드컵 대회이자 동구권 유럽에서 처음으로 개최되는 월드컵이다.

The 2018 FIFA World Cup was the 21st FIFA World Cup, an international football tournament contested by the men's national teams of the member associations of FIFA once every four years. It took place in Russia from 14 June to 15 July 2018. It was the first World Cup to be held in Eastern Europe, and the 11th time that it had been held in Europe.
