백제 금동대향로

백제 금동대향로(百濟金銅大香爐)는 백제에서 만들어진 금동 향로이다. 1993년 12월 12일 부여군 능산리 절터의 목곽 수로 안에서 발견되었으며 국보 제287호로 지정되었다. 이 향로는 백제가 부여로 도읍을 옮긴 후 정치적 안정을 되찾은 6세기 초의 백제인들의 정신세계와 예술적 역량이 함축되어 이루어진 백제공예품의 진수라 할 수 있다. 진품은 국립부여박물관에 전시되어 있으며 국립중앙박물관에는 똑같이 생긴 복제품이 있다.

Great Gilt-bronze Incense Burner of Baekje

The Gilt-bronze Incense Burner of Baekje was designated as the 287th National Treasure of Korea on May 30, 1996. Currently housed at the Buyeo National Museum, it was originally excavated at an ancient temple site in Neungsan-ri, Buyeo County in Chungcheongnam-do in 1993. The incense burner was the largest find among the 450 artifacts excavated. The Gilt-bronze Incense Burner of Baekje is a symbol of the artistry of the Baekje people and a masterpiece of Korean art.
