차투르부즈 사원

차투르부즈 사원은 비슈누 신을 모시는 사원이다. 차투르부즈는 산스크리스트어 '4 + 신체의 팔'에서 유래했으며 팔이 4개인 신은 비슈누를 가리키는 것이다.

Chaturbhuj Temple, dedicated to Vishnu, is situated at Orchha in Madhya Pradesh, India. The name Chaturbhuj is where 'chatur' : meaning "four" and 'bhuj' meaning "arms" which literally translates to "one who has four arms" and refers to Rama an avatar of Vishnu. The temple has a complex multi-storied structural view which is a blend of temple, fort and palace architectural features.
