뉴캐슬 유나이티드 FC

뉴캐슬 유나이티드 축구 클럽은 잉글랜드 타인 위어 주 뉴캐슬어폰타인을 연고로 하는 프로 축구 클럽이다.1892년 뉴캐슬 이스트 엔드가 뉴캐슬 웨스트 엔드를 인수·합병하면서 창단 되었으며, 창단 이후부터 계속해서 사용해오고 있는 홈구장인 세인트 제임스 파크는 52,354명을 수용할 수 있는데, 이는 잉글랜드 내에서 일곱번째로 큰 규모이다. ‘맥파이스’(The Magpies; 까치들)라는 별칭으로도 불리며, 2005년 영화 《골!》의 배경이 되기도 하였다.

The ground was developed into an all-seater stadium in the mid-1990s and has a capacity of 52,354.
