불랄로
한국의 갈비탕과 흡사한 불랄로는 채소와 소고기를 넣고 진하게 끓여 만드는 음식이다. 시원하면서 깊은 맛을 느낄 수 있는 불랄로는 필리핀에서 보양식으로 많이 먹는 음식 중 하나이다.

Bulalo
Bulalô is a beef dish from the Philippines. It is a light colored soup that is made by cooking beef shanks and bone marrow until the collagen and fat has melted into the clear broth. It typically includes leafy vegetables, corn on the cob, scallions, onions, garlic, ginger, and fish sauce. Potatoes, carrots, or taro can also be added. It is commonly eaten on rice with soy sauce and calamansi on the side. Bulalo is native to the Southern Luzon region of the Philippines, particularly in the provinces of Batangas and Cavite.
