RC 스트라스부르

1906년 독일 제국령 소속 시절 FC 노이도르프(FC Neudorf)라는 이름으로 창단된 이후 독일 남부리그 소속으로 활약하였다. 제1차 세계 대전 이후 알자스 지역이 프랑스령으로 귀속되면서 RC 스트라스부르(Racing Club de Strasbourg)로 클럽명이 개칭되었다. 1933년 프로클럽으로 된 후 리그 2에 합류하여 1년만에 리그 1으로 승격했지만 1939년 제2차 세계 대전 발발 후에는 보르도 동쪽의 도르도뉴 주로 대피하였다. 프랑스의 항복 이후로는 다시 알자스로 복귀해 독일 아마추어 대회에 참가했다. 세계 대전이 끝나 다시 프랑스 영토로 복구된 후인 1951년 쿠프 드 프랑스에서 우승하며 메이저 트로피를 들어올린 후 대부분의 시간을 리그 1에서 보냈다. 1979년 리그 1에서도 처음이자 마지막 1부리그 우승을 하기도 했다.

Racing Club de Strasbourg Alsace

This comes after the club was demoted to the fifth tier of French football at the conclusion of the 2010–11 Championnat National season after going into financial liquidation. Renamed RC Strasbourg Alsace, they won the CFA championship in 2012–13, and eventually became Championnat National champions in 2015–16. The club's home stadium, since 1914, is Stade de la Meinau. They are managed by Thierry Laurey, who replaced Jacky Duguépéroux in May 2016.
