나보나 광장

나보나 광장은 이탈리아 로마에 있는 광장이다. 테베레 강과 코르소 거리 사이에 위치해있다. 이 광장의 역사는 고대 로마 시대로 거슬러 올라간다. 이 일대는 1세기 도미티아누스 황제가 만든 황제 도미티아누스 경기장이 있던 곳으로, 경기장의 관중석 계단이 있던 그 자리에 오늘날 광장을 빙 둘러 감싸고 있는 건물들이 세워진 셈이다. 이 경기장은 모형 해상전투, 대중을 위한 놀이 등의 행사가 거행되던 일종의 매머드 스포츠 복합시설이었다.

Piazza Navona

Piazza Navona is a square in Rome, Italy. It is built on the site of the Stadium of Domitian, built in the 1st century AD, and follows the form of the open space of the stadium. The ancient Romans went there to watch the agones, and hence it was known as "Circus Agonalis"

피우미 분수

나보나 광장 중앙에 위치한 바로크 조각가이자 건축가인 지안 로렌초 베르니니(Gian Lorenzo Bernini)가 디자인한 분수다. 더위를 식히는 관광객들을 위한 사진촬영장소로 유명하다.

Fontana dei Quattro Fiumi

Fontana dei Quattro Fiumi (Fountain of the Four Rivers) is a fountain in the Piazza Navona in Rome, Italy. It was designed in 1651 by Gian Lorenzo Bernini for Pope Innocent X whose family palace, the Palazzo Pamphili, faced onto the piazza as did the church of Sant'Agnese in Agone of which Innocent was the sponsor.
